I stole this photo from an image search on Google because I was too lazy to dig mine out of the trash. I have to say this is my new favorite item. The entire can has 150 calories. That's it! It is organic. It is vegan. It has no soy. It is yummy. It takes 2 minutes to heat up. It cost $1.99 for a can. I love it. The end.

  1. I want to try this soup! We sometimes get Amy's soups, but then stopped cause of the high sodium and BPA can issue. But, I think that's going too far now. I'm slightly less uptight about some things now. Nobody can eat perfect! And besides, perfect is boring! Enough rambling, this soup is on my Trader Joe's list now :) It sounds fantastic!

  2. You should definitely try it. I often get the reduced sodium version of Amy's soups, but if I am having this once or twice a week the amount of sodium won't kill me. I think I'm pretty good at my sodium intake, soups aside. I think it is a trade off. More sodium, but fewer calories. I love soups that fill me up!

  3. I agree! I sometimes like Amy's and Cedarlane meals if I'm hungry and lazy, but they have a lot of sodium. Honestly, in not sure I'm getting enough sodium if I'm sweating buckets for an hour a day. I've been a hit headachy lately. I remember JM once saying on a podcast she had BL on 3000mg a day! I'm going to try higher sodium foods (this soup is the first on the list!) to try on days I work out hard and seer if that helps. (Besides, I still love salt!)
