I went to the gym today. YAY!! I've been worried about my knee, and a bit scared to work out. A few days ago I tried to do Bob's Biggest Loser Yoga DVD and after two minutes I got a sharp pain in my knee and almost collapsed. I'm probably just being paranoid, but I really hope it just gets better on its own. I sincerely hope I didn't do anything horrible to it from just running ONE half-marathon. Anyway, I went to the gym and had a great workout. Spent 30 minutes on the elliptical (which I haven't done in FOREVER) and my knee didn't hurt at all. I was really worried about how much I ate at my 'birthday' lunch, but it turns out I wasn't too hungry the rest of the day, so it worked out. :0)
